When you message our WhatsApp business number, your message content, phone number and profile name are processed to respond to your enquiry, including by an automated assistant that helps gather details about your vehicle and damage. Messages are transmitted through the WhatsApp Business Platform and are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms. You can stop the conversation at any time by replying "stop" or blocking the number.

Quote details and photos are stored securely with our hosting and database provider. Uploaded photos are kept in private storage and are only accessible through temporary, expiring links shared with our team. We keep information only as long as needed to service your enquiry and honour the 18-month warranty period.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the business (hosting, database and storage, messaging, and analytics/advertising platforms) and where required by South African law. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security obligations.

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may object to its processing.
